This is a very large map intended to be used for custom servers or as a base for adventure map makers. The downloadable contains the world format and also contains a schematic version - NOTE: This is a very large schematic, at a size of 1159x943x256 (279,791,872 total blocks). Therefore be careful if using the schematic version to paste into worlds.
It's too bad PMC has a 20 image limit, I had to cut out 30-40 images to a diverse set of 20. This build was intended to be a single massive branching dungeon, acting as an adventure map that would eventually be placed inside the other adventure map I was planning called: "Elements of Trial" (Custom terrain) [http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/7k-x-7k-custom-terrain-elements-of-trial-download-survival-compatible/ ]. Contained within the Enthralling Terrene is one of my other posts: "The Stronghold of the Surviving" (Dungeon) [http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/stronghold-of-the-surviving-download-dungeon-enthralling-terrene/ ]. I didn't include any pictures of that area as there is a separate PMC post for it.
As with all of my non-commissioned builds, feel free to download and use the world for your own purposes. You may use it on a server, or by yourself, or incorporated into a different project. If you use this world - Be certain to credit "Utogi" as the creator of it.
History:
Elements of Trial was meant to have four major dungeons/temples, this being one of the four and representing the earthen areas of the map. I made all of the Enthralling Terrene by myself around 3 years ago. Sadly though, the Elements of Trial project and all sub-projects of it were never truly finished and I don't intend to finish them. Instead I'm working on a much larger and cooler long-term project that I will eventually get around to posting here. There is lore for this place, which is partially explained in the pictures. Instead of explaining all of it here, I'll leave you to fantasize about what it may all mean - after all, that seems much more interesting than listing everything out.
The final area of the Chasms of Courage branch was created for rurikar22 (now called: Bruce Willakers) to be used in his custom gamemode: Dwarves Vs. Zombies. Here is the link to the video in which that specific part of the map was played: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBRpyha4ZOE&index=100&list=PLl4CmnQ2VIyfQtbrNw2jnz-S4eV1Y2Kat Because of Roamin's early comment and the title of the video, the area has adopted the name "Tree of Knowledge" (I never officially gave that area a name).

Builds: All of the build was made by me (Utogi).
Shaders used: Default (none), Continuum, Kuda, BSL, Sildurs Vibrant, Resource Pack Shader Support Mod
Resourcepack: R3D CRAFT (128x/256x)

If you want to increase the difficulty, start in one of the areas like the volcano or desert where resources are sparse.
