How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

I have decided to create a short little dropper map that is just like my Parkour map. Rules are just like the Parkour map. Go through each level and complete them all. The last level has a button that you must take back to the Hub to unlock the ending. I really do hope you enjoy my little Dropper map :D Took me honestly a week to create!
