Minecraft Middle Earth server project

Hi there! I am mwester01 and myself and the other staff members of Middle Earth are trying to re-create the world from The Lord Of The Rings series! We are in need of some help, as this project is going to be very large.
Currently, the server is White Listed while we get Middle Earth completed, but as soon as its done, it will be opened to the public as a Role Play server!

What we are looking for in new players: Teraforming/Landscaping abilities, Building abilities, Honesty, and Loyalty!
