This is a 5Bit Decoder it is 3-5 ticks fast and very small i thing.

first it was called a 4bit because you can not addres 31 lines
its only 26 i'm sorry ;'(

Hello lukasser2,

You don't need the outer Redstone input line to enable / disable.
Simple offset the binary address by 1; that way input 0000 can be used to disable it.

Btw you can't address 26 lines with only 4 bits.

Still pretty cool : )

it has a 5bit input but it cant be address 31 lines thats why i say 4bit
