This is a class based mob survival game, with a catch. You MUST die. There is no way to complete this game, unless you can out last the spawners, which I took the liberty of filling right up to the brim ;) so have fun with that.
Technical stuff:
Okay I have plans for 12 different maps which I will release 1 by 1 onto the same world save. As it stands I have completed the most difficult arena (build-wise): The solo Arena. This one was hard because it does not rely on human input apart from to start and stop the spawning. My crowning, Lag beating glory is that there is not one single redstone clock in the entire arena, it runs off of 2 looping minecarts, which in my experience cause much less lag. I am having a little issue with the fact that its pretty much a huge, constant onslaught of mobs, so I will probably find a way to slow down the spawning of the mobs.
If you are going to play this, please for the love of god, turn creeper damage off! It reduces the risk of something valuable being KA-BOOMED.
Arena Plans and Facts:
Okay the planned arenas so far are:
All other arenas apart from the solo arena require a controller's input, making most games typically 5 player, with a team of 4 and the controller. There will be a unique rules board for each arena, but they will mostly say the same thing:
The classes:
Each map shall have pretty much the same 4 classes. The Ranger, The Warrior, The Medic and The Engineer.
Each of these classes has its own special role, and team work is imperative to make it through later rounds.
Here are some basic class breakdowns:
I may make individual projects for each map and give more detailed info on them there, but for now you'll just have to wait - while you do please go and have a look at my adventure map: Titanic Cataclysm or anyother projects of mine or the Gralmond Servers.
Diamonds will help get any of my projects done faster. They motivate me! It only takes a click after all! x3
I will put the downloads up after each map is complete, but the first map pack will not come out until there are at least 3 arenas on the world.
More diamonds = More death = More fun!

Arena Plans and Facts:
Okay the planned arenas so far are:
- Pine Forest
- Underwater
- Volcano
- Jungle
- Space
- Snowy mountain
- Hell
- The classic death arena (the first arena I made, and it went down so well I have to make more!)
- Desert
- Possibly Tower Defence
- There are others but I can't for the life of me remember them!
All other arenas apart from the solo arena require a controller's input, making most games typically 5 player, with a team of 4 and the controller. There will be a unique rules board for each arena, but they will mostly say the same thing:
- What to spawn each round
- What arena hazards to trigger
- What bonus items to send
- AT ALL TIMES CONTROLLERS MUST BE CREATIVE MODE!
- If damage is caused to the arena it is the responsibility of the controller to fix the damage.
- A controller must remain impartial, but can toss out a few splash healing potions or other helpful items occasionally
- On the other hand you can also be a real hard-ass at times and throw in a few extra ghasts.
The classes:
Each map shall have pretty much the same 4 classes. The Ranger, The Warrior, The Medic and The Engineer.
Each of these classes has its own special role, and team work is imperative to make it through later rounds.
Here are some basic class breakdowns:
- Warrior: This is your typical Tank class, designed to wade in and take the full force of the mobs. Equipped with 2 swords and a couple of testificate decoys as well as a nice strength buff too.
- Medic: It is the job of the medic to heal the team and dish out punishment with some more deadly potions. The Medic comes with a crap-ton of potions, the splash ones can be used only by the Medic but anything that is drinkable can be gifted to team mates.
- Ranger: Weak armor but is designed to be far off back up for the rest of the team, usually hanging back with the engineer. Handy sand to block up a few exits or to get up to hard to reach places and a fishing pole to tug team members to safety or mobs into arena hazards.
- Engineer: This is a supportive class which doesn't possess a primary weapon as such, he does have a diamond pick, but the real power is from his deployables. Land mines? check. Arrow turret? check. Iron Golem? check!
I may make individual projects for each map and give more detailed info on them there, but for now you'll just have to wait - while you do please go and have a look at my adventure map: Titanic Cataclysm or anyother projects of mine or the Gralmond Servers.

Additional Notes
The original idea behind this map was conceived for the Gralmond Server olympic games map and from then on I have always wanted to make more arenas to offer new, death filled, blood spattered and suicidal adventures and challenges!I will put the downloads up after each map is complete, but the first map pack will not come out until there are at least 3 arenas on the world.
