Modded private server

/hey guys, so i'm watching direwolf20's lets play on his private server with some other awesome people, and they have some great mods installed. I am looking for people that want to make a private server with me? We could share the costs like idk 1000 ram 7$? if we have 7 people its 1 dollar each a month! ofc whitelisted. And uhm yeah the mods i like to have are;

buildcraft
industrialcraft
mystcraft
redpower 2
EE
Additional pipes etc.

So we could host it together, and the reason i want to share the costs is because i dont want to earn money with this with donations, and i dont want people abusing op powers or something you know? i mean i could cheat myself 100 diamond blocks but that isnt fun, ofc thats your own choice if you participate but still ;)
