Hi there ! I present you my new project, Opyrus.
I am happy to celebrate my 120 subs special, because i won't celebrate any 125 sub special ( for personal reasons ) , and I think there won't be more special builds since I get 150 subs.
The estate is composed for the main house, the guest house, the pool area and the amazing garden.
The Main House has:
-1st floor: Dining room, kitchen, garage, Living room.
-2nd floor: Open bedroom, little bedroom, bathroom.
The main interior design was planned to do without doors, so the interior is very opened ( compared for the little space ) and I personally think it is my best house interior.
The garden combines the four types of trees, and includes some amzing trees from the Custom Tree Repositery ( look at the additional notes ) :
- Jungle trees on the pool zone.
-Spruce trees on the entrance.
-Oak trees on the entrance.
-Birch trees on the Guest's house.
Apart from the pool zone, there are two pounds with a water cannel that connects both pounds.
I used pressure plates for the garden paths and loads of beacons as garden lights.
