This condo interior was designed to feel comfortable, but modern and sleek. This was achieved by using warm, comfortable materials and textures as well as warm lighting to give it a cozy feel. The foyer is the focal point of this home with its large double ceiling height and floor to ceiling windows to create a large spacious entrance. Both bedrooms are fitted with full ensuite bathrooms, while still maintaining a large open feel in this relatively small home.

You should participate in the penthouse contest. Really love the clean, simple, open types of interiors like this, most of the entries so far feel so cluttered & claustrophobic. Good stuff.
