Since everybody has started making modern house, I tough "Why not?" and I made one, hope you like it.

This is a great build, but it could use some work, for modern details that are pretty much essential check this guy out : www.youtube.com/user/keralis
or check my build out for some details.
Use carpet or slabs.
Remember to make the floors not quartz or iron or whatever you use for the outside.
Another thing that gains views would be a porch.
