Modern - Low Profile

Hello again!

Here is again a new modern home. This house is a 1 level house I've made in Single Player yet again. The name Low Profile was chosen because the home is obviously lower to the ground, as a 1 floor home. Also, because the home was made in SP, it was kept hidden thus "Low Profile"

I highly recommend downloading the World Save, since you'll miss out on some of additional work I've put into the entire project.

This house is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home and features on its interior : a compact layout, featuring a large master suite encompassing an open bathroom and closet, high ceilings for the bedrooms and bathrooms and a open area for the kitchen, dining and living area. On the exterior, I added a small deck with some lounge chairs, a barbecue and a couch on a higher elevation. At the front, a small car-park is also included.
