A fairly large modern house. Comes with a living room, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is the bedroom and the bathroom and there's a back patio in the backyard. Could be used as plots but the plot is very large but could be resized as desired.

The texture pack I used for this build really transforms the whole house. You can expect to see more homes like this in various different sizes. I might want to do a larger scale project next.
