At least a bit original modern build.
One tip: Glass planes haven't the look like it could have the water pressure underwater.
Besides it doesn't give me a safe feeling. So I would say use normal glass underwater.

Plus they've got those stupid air bubbles. I would also recommend a different texture pack as that doesn't work to well with your build (the above ground bit at least).
