Modular Houses (different styles)

I have been creating modular houses recently when I was inspired by Jamziboy's creations.  I changed up his design significantly while retaining certain key aspects and toning them down some the result is a far better balanced house that has many more applications than the originals.  I will slowly update this post adding more schematics to the collection.  I have a custom texture pack in which they are best viewed. It is here for now:
