This is a Redstone device that can send morse code through only 2 Redstone lines (the stone line you see in the picture is optional)
and the other part of the machine can receive the code and show it on the display (in morse code and one letter at a time)
If you want you can use world edit and add the machine to your world because the two parts can be as far away from each other as you want.

Fixed the buttons, in new versions you had to press twice for it to work.
