Try to use the noise brush - It will raise terrrain and look much more realistic than the mountain tool. Mountain tool is pretty much useless x.x
Click and hold with mid-high intensity, raise tool, noise brush, and while you are holding move the mouse around. After that, do a very low intensity smooth to the entire mountain for like half a second.

It's a good start, but the mountains look too perfect. Try to make them more shapeless rather than a cone, just some advice :)
