Hey sorry 1 year later is crazy ik but to do it u see how on each floor is the same struck just keep pasting them over and over for more floors also i cant help u out woth the torch tower cause it will be hard idk either so yeah u can use structure blocks to paste it but lowkey good question it kinda hard

sorry i haven been online in a while but u can just spread out the re made floor or replace it with a different block just make sure it dosent contact with observers, redstone , or anything that is used for the build
