Both Way Vertical Signal Transmission
The signal goes upwards and downwards to search where the platform is and then start the activator (to start the elevator).
E.g. The platform is on the first floor. I want the platform to go to fifth floor. Then the signal starts from fifth floor going upwards and downwards. Lastly it will only trigger first floor's activator since the RS-NOR latch controls the signal to trigger the correct floor's activator.
