Thanks a lot man. Ha. Well, I've been playing minecraft since right before beta, so I wouldn't call it my first time. It is, however, my first time submitting for ratings though. And yes it is legit. I fell off the floating islands SOOO MANY TIMES. Which is what prompted me to download the Zipline mod. And yes, it is legit. Well, for the most part. Before I started on this section of the map I had gotten bored with my previous settlement and decided it would be fun to make a huge tnt pile. Ended up lagging the crap out of my computer. :P

As for the texture pack: That would be a slightly edited Isabella. Its a great pack. It gives minecraft the perfect balance of color.

Why yes. Yes I do. Its the Zipline mod. It adds climbable rope, rope bridges, a handlebar that lets you Zipline across ropes, and lastly, placeable leather. It hasn't been officially updated to 1.0 yet I'm afraid. However, you can find an unofficially updated version if you look hard enough.
