Download that and press start. For anything newer than Windows XP you just press start and type in %appdata% if you have Windows XP then go to Run then type in %appdata% idk how to do it if you have a mac. You have to look it up if you do. Then press enter once you have typed in %appdata% and then go to .minecraft (it should be the first or second folder) then find the saves folder and open the file you downloaded and put the file inside of it in the saves folder. :)
