This is my first project on Planetminecraft, though I've done a few decent things already. I'm taking a break from castle building to do this. This is going to be a near exact replica of the ranch I live at. I'm excited to see how it looks when I'm finished. It will consist of the main house(3 bed 3 bath), a garage, an older burnt house, a tack shed, a barn, and the pastures/yard. If I pull this off well I may start doing more structures from real life. So far I've only done things that I pulled from my mind or that came to me from looking at other projects. So let's see how it goes! I'll upload more photos as I progress. The main thing that will slow me down will probably be collecting snow for the white walls and massacring sheep for the carpets and decor.

Also, I know it looks crappy right now, but I just started it and this is one of my first projects. I know it's not nearly as good as what else is out there, but I'm trying. Eventually I'll have something to be proud of.

I've finished a good chunk of clearing now. I've still gotta smooth out the mountain on one side of the ranch to look like plains, and I needa make space for the back two pastures, but the mountain is dropping sharply in elevation on that side so it shouldn't be too much longer for that. I finished the garage, miniature horse shelters and pasture, and the old house. Now I'm continuing to clear the land, building the barn, and extending the fence line. Got my motivation back though. 'Specially now that most of the clearing is out of the way!

Personally I like the look of the bigger beds over the basic bed look, plus it fits how the house actually looks more.

Thanks! It's my first try at anything with furniture. Well, first building at all that isn't just a dull pile of stone. >.>;; Honestly I didn't think I'd ever try anything big because I just didn't think I could make something that looked good, 'specially after seeing all the amazing creations others have already put up.
