About the Map :
It got 3 bridges on the outside of the Island
and one Mainbridge in the middle.
A Sea is located in the middle of the Island with 3 rivers leading outside .

What tool do you use to make this? Or do you just build it?

the flat base of the island is made using worldpainter and the (lets just call it ) mountains and bridges are made using the bukkit plugin voxelsniper. The vines and stuff are made by hand
