I made this as a test before I attempt to build the same on the server I'm on. This is supposed to be a natural hot spring like in a resort. It has a boy's and girl's side, but the middle is open for a mixed bath. I lit it with Redstone to keep the lighting low and more cave-like.
As for mobs spawning inside, I sat in the pool for 3 nights and nothing spawned, but I do not guarantee that nothing will spawn.
