Need a spawn

Hey guys, im the owner of Usual-Craft (this is a tekkit server), we are a fairly new server which has been up but had some troubles, for a week i have been trying to get things up and running but i need a spawn. If you guys could build a spawn it would be great ! With the spawn i dont want it massive i hate massive spawns but i dont want it tiny either, it cannot be on super flat land either. I need one than more entry as well the maps will have to be made in single player and then will be uploaded to the server.
In the spawn i need:
-A spawn building with a place for rules.
-Jail
-Donation area
-Ranks area
-Spawn shop also with player shops
I dont have any ideas for the theme so its completly up to you guys. Me and some other staff will look at each map and vote. Please make them fairly good, now the rewards for doing this, if your map is the choosen spawn then you will get the RedMatter donation pack ( most expensive donation pack ) you will get FULL credit at spawn, if you want any other pizes we can discuss it, also if you dont win you will still get some rewards as well. I can help you. I own a server (tekkit) aswell and i have a temporary spawn set up i will be making it better and message me if i can help.

Not really looking for someone to help but more build the actual spawn. 2 reasons for that, im not the best spawn builder and also im trying to actually set up the server, thanks though.

hi
i have a great idea for the player shops at the spawn anstead of using a shop plugin
you should use the trade o mat item from industrialcraft great for shops and easy to use
hope it helps
ill find the ip to the server and join in sometime
