Spawn

Hey fellow builders, i am usualrocketnob and i need one of you builders to build a spawn for my tekkit server called usual-craft, i have been a bit to busy setting up the actual server but not building the spawn. Very silly of me. In this spawn i dont want it to be massive just a good sized area with basics but i want it to be useable and not to cramped, i would like the spawn area with some were for rules, a server shop and also a fair few player shops, a donation area, ranks area and also a jail. I would be so thankful for this and also to the builder i would give ( if they play tekkit) the RedMatter donation rank ( highest donation package ) and also if you wanted credit for the spawn i will give FULL credit . Thanks i hope someone will accept this challenge :)
