Set up redstone and repeaters like this. Make sure that the repeaters are on 4 ticks

Add these command blocks. To get a command block do give your name command_block

Place jungle wood planks.

Set the command block on the right to put an air block on top of the jungle wood block.

Set the command block on the right to put an air block on top of the spruce block. do not put the same coordinates as me put the coordinates of the top of your block.

Do the same thing with the one on the left except with redstone wire.

Put redstone on top of the command blocks.

Put a lever wherever it will touch redstone.

Click the lever than destroy it instantly.

I figured out how to make a new redstone clock with command blocks!
This is the easiest for me because I'm not great at other redstone clocks.

Read the captions of the picture to figure out how to build this.

you can just place a piece of redstone where the redstone block is put, remove the command blocks, then you have a more simple clock
