Warning: This map is for the 1.9 snapshot 1.9-pre/3. It may not work on other 1.9 snapshots. If it does not work on a more recent snapshot, please tell me in the comments and I will release an update.
This map was made on the snapshot 1.9-pre/3, however it has been tested on the recent 1.9 release and it seems to work fine. So even though the map says it is made for 1.9-pre/3, it will still work in the most recent update! If you find a problem please tell me in the comments!
This map WILL NOT work in 1.8.
Can you finish Minecraft without taking any damage? And if you do take damage, will you be able to survive the death that follows? No Damage Survival is a unique gamemode in which you will be severely punished for taking any damage. If you take damage, you will be shot up into the, almost high enough to kill you upon landing. However, there is one problem. Once you do land, you will have taken damage, meaning you will once again be shot into the sky, taking even more damage upon landing.
Not even going underground will save you. If you are underground and you take damage, you will be forced into the blocks above you, making you take suffocation damage. That'll make mining a blast.
If you like, you can drink a bucket of milk to get temporary relief from the death. It will give you 15 seconds in which you can take as much damage as you like and not get thrown into the air.
Goals:
Here are a few goals to help you and a few goals to challenge you:
- Craft a hay bale (in 1.9 landing on hay bales will reduce fall damage by 80%)
- Craft a slime block
- Make a bucket (for both milk and water)
- Find a set of elytra
- Go to the nether
- Brew a regeneration potion
- Defeat the ender dragon
- Defeat the wither (Every time the wither effect deals damage to you, you will be shot into the air. This basicly turns you into a living rocket whilst you have the wither effect)
Also, you can *try* to get all the achievements. Good luck to you with that task.
