go to run on your computer windows hour glass type run enter even it could be at top bar your in run then type in it %appdata% go to .minecraft then into the screenshots folder so in those are the pictures you have to use make a folder on desktop drag all screenshots from the folder to it if don't know how to if emtey go in minecraft while in map press f2 to take a copple shots if will show on the left sider corner then after close go into the folder they will be there then hit run on computer again type %appdata% .minecraft saves thats where your map is right click hit copy not cut you need to have a back up in case something gose wrong paste it onto your desktop ever heard for winrar download it shearch it on google make sure its english also mediafire if have facebook you can log in and not take so long creating a account mediafire is where you upload the map onto because sometimes planet minecraft cant take big files upload it then there will be a save link option link it to planet minecraft tile discpition below is where you see 2nd tab is where you upload the images so winrar make a zip folder on desktop drag your game from desktop to the zip then upload if still have problems go onto youtube they have so many tutorials of how to do stuff i hope i helped you
