This is obsidian generator that is 100% survival mode compatible. On the block directly in front of the dispenser make sure to always have a piece of redstone dust there. Otherwise, disaster may happen. There is a second string of redstone as well. This just reactivates the dispenser to collect the lava again. Enjoy collecting obsidian!
