This Ocean Castle is suspended over an open spot in the a bay. The town will be populated and the minig complex eventualy connects to a natural mine. The mansion was a schematic some made but i truthfully don't remember his name.

Additional Notes

HINT: Follow the SAND on the castle wall to the secret room.
