It is a replica of an existing historic building from the early 19th century. The original building is located in the center of Kharkiv, Ukraine at 14 Chernyshevska Street. I built it and the outbuildings of the estate in 1 to 1.5 scale. The interiors are completely invented by me, because I did not find any photos on the Internet that could help me reproduce the interior decoration.

Inside the house, I equipped the following rooms:
- the main two-story hall with a balcony
- two bedrooms
- office
- kitchen
- a small recreation room


The main facade, which is 42 blocks long, is decorated with a four-column portico, cornice and moldings above the windows. The main building is two-story. Three one-story outbuildings look very simple compared to the manor. Of the decorative elements, they have only gables. The buildings are made in the style of classicism, which was very popular at the beginning of the 19th century.

A little history of the building:
The mansion of city secretary Dmytro Serdyukov was built in 1808 according to the project of the Ukrainian architect Pyotr Antonovych Yaroslavskyi and Lobachevskyi. At the beginning of the 20th century, the house belonged to the daughter of lieutenant colonel Serdyukova Olga Mykolayivna. The building and outbuildings are architectural monuments of national significance. The manor house is one of the oldest surviving buildings in the city.
