This is a copy of an existing historic building in Kharkiv, Ukraine at 24 Kooperativnaya street. The building is built on a scale of 1 to 1.7 with the smallest details. Unfortunately, I don't know what the house looks like inside, so I made the interiors in a style similar to the house itself.

Inside the house, I equipped the following rooms:
- a restaurant
- restaurant kitchen
- the main two-story hall with a balcony
- a bedroom
- an office
- the kitchen
- wine cellar
- a small recreation room with access to the backyard
- servant's bedroom

The two-story building on the basement floor is made in a classical style, which is typical for the beginning of the 19th century. The facade of the house is decorated with pilasters, a large pediment and cornices. The side and courtyard facades are almost completely devoid of details.

A bit of the history of the house:
Oleksandr Dmytrovych Popov's house was built on the territory of his family's estate on the site of an old wooden house built in 1847. The new stone building was built in the first half of the 19th century between 1847 and 1858 according to the project of architect Andrii Ton. In the 1910s, the bookbinding plant and type-lithography of Albert Mykhailovych Zilberberg were located here. Now the house is abandoned and in a very bad condition. The house is one of the twin houses. A similar building is located 20 meters to the east.
