I used this factory as the basis for my Buildcraft, Thermal Expansion and IndustrialCraft manufacturing operation.......in my 1.5.2 world at least a year ago.  I hope your server owner is not claiming that is is recently developed original work.  I wish I could quote my original source but a hard drive crash took my world and the MC Edit schematics with it.
