Old Warehouse Lighting

This is based off of the warehouses that have that bad lighting where you flip the switch and the lights come on slowly, with the one way in the back flickering. You can use this to give a building a more authentic feel (or creepy if you want). If you're interested, please take a look. Also, PLEASE read ALL the signs. And what's great is, this build is customizable (the timings on the repeaters) so you can change and incorporate this into other things. Thanks

P.S. If you would like to help me improve this (I want to add a flickering light or two), go to the sign at the back of the room with the lights. (there is a picture of said room) Also please give me feedback and ideas for future updates.
