Hello my girlfriend and I have been playing your one block map for about a week now and loving, however we were wondering how the end and nether operate in this map?

For the nether, will fortress still spawn so we can get blaze rods?

For the End, how to even begin to find an end portal? will it be available from one of the wandering traders?
