One Piece: Basics (+Haki)

INTRO
Hello everyone!
I'm going to start a new series of minecraft redstone/commandblock mechanisms that provide the players with unique and powerful abilities, inspired from the popular manga/anime series One Piece. This is the first and most important piece of this whole project as it provides all the basic stuff to begin with.
Everything will be multiplayer-compatible.

LORE
In the One Piece universe there are some extremely rare fruits called Devil's Fruits. Each one is unique and holds unimaginable power and unique abilities for whoever eats it, who is known afterwards as a Devil Fruit User. Their drawbacks are that after eating them, the user loses the ability to swim, can't get rid of the powers nor can eat another fruit. There are 3 types of fruits, each with a special different characteristic:

Paramecia Devil Fruits:
A great variety of special abilities, such as creating quakes with your fists, creating and manipulating wax or even turning everyone around you into stone statueses.

Zoan Devil Fruits:
Grants the user the powers of an animal. Some rarer versions of this fruit can even grant the powers of an ancient, long extinct creature or a mythical beast.

Logia Devil Fruits:
It is consindered the most powerful type of fruit. It grants its user the ability to manipulate and transform into an element or material. 99% of these users cannot be hit by normal physical attacks.

In the One Piece universe there is also an inner power within everybody that they can train and develop called haki. There are 3 types of haki as well:

 - The armament haki allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves or something they hold, allowing for enhanced attacks and greater defense. Physical attacks reinforced with haki can even hit the invicible logia types.

 - The observation haki allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally.

 - The Conqueror's haki is a rare form of haki that cannot be attained through training. Only one in a million people have this ability. This type of haki grants the user the ability to dominate the wills of others and knock them out. The effectiveness of this haki depends on the difference in strength between the person using the haki and the person or persons the user is trying to knock out.

THE PROJECT YOU ARE LOOKING AT
So, in this particular project I focus on some very basic things. These are:
-All the MUST objectives for the future content to work.
-Logia type invicibility and the possibility of someone with haki to hit them.
-Basic, trainable haki. (including a lot of particle effects. yay!)
-Optional death penanlty for devil fruit users. (they lose their fruit)

In my minecraft version of the One Piece universe there are two types of armament haki. The offensive one and the
defensive one. As you increase your offensive haki you will get more powerful permanent strength effects, while
increasing the defensive one will get you resistance effects.

Offensive armament haki is maxed at level 10, where it grants Strength 10. That means 1300% more damage. And that means by using a diamond sword you can deal up to 110 damage with a single blow! You take one level of OAH for every 2000 damage you would deal if you didn't have any haki(approx). (the math: [damage dealt/haki level]+total damage dealt=total damage dealt). That means you would need to kill 100 players to level it up, or even more cows and chickens. HOWEVER, if you manage to kill a player you take a bonus equal to 20, which means you would need to kill only 50 players. From level 3 you can hit logia users. 
Defensive armament haki is caped at level 4, where it grants Resistance 4. That means 80% reduced damage. Just wear a diamond armor afterwards and you will be as invicible as a logia user is. You take one level of DAH for every 2000 you are dealt. No bonuses here. I consinder this one a little more difficult to max as, despite taking damage from a variety of sources, in general it is not really in your hand when you will be dealt damage (unless you go and jump over cliffs all the time... which is a little weird...). Also, as you level it up, you will take reduced damage, so it will take even longer to go to the next level.

And yes. There is an easy way to slowly increase both haki at the same time. Just find a friend and start punching each other until you are both at the brink of death. Then take a break and heal yourselves. And then continue with your training. Etc etc. This won't get you leveled up prolly, unless you train a lot, but it will give you a great boost.

Logia fruit users have Resistance 5. In my minecraft version of logia users, haki users aren't just able to hit them, but they also make them completely vulrenable to any damage from any source for as long as they are near them.

IN-DEPTH
Offensive armament haki:
Level 1 needs 2000 damage. After that, each level needs 1538.5 damage (if no strength bonuses were given).
In levels 1-2, attacking emits black particles.
In levels 3-7, attacking emtis twice the particles.
In levels 8-10, attacking emits four times the particles it does in levels 1-2.
When level 3+ you are like a kryptonite to logia user. When in a radious of 5, they temporarily lose their resistance effect, which means they can take damage from any source.

Defensive armament haki:
Level 1 needs 2000 damage. Level 2 needs 2500 pure damage. Level 3 needs 3333.3 pure damage (lol). Level 4 needs 5000 pure damage.
In level 1 you slowly emit semi-transparent black particles.
In levels 2-3 you emit those particles in twice the speed.
In level 4 you emit particles four times the speed they are emited in level 1.

SCHEMATIC LEGEND
Within the emerald area you will find some necessities to test my project.
In the diamond area you can observe the whole thing.
Iron blocks provide OPTIONS (on/off).
Every group of command blocks has a sign that gives a general idea for what thing these command blocks are used for.

You will need to refresh the clocks in the diamond area after the import.

Click the Installation button in the emerald area to create all the MUST objectives/teams.

THINGS TO DO
-Find an effective and good looking way to make observation haki into minecraft.
-An agility development system.

NOTE:
Conqueror's haki can't be included in this pack because it contains abilities that can only target specific players.
To make a long story short, it would be unnecessarily overcomplicated. Will include in future content though.
