How Do I put Maps into Minecraft?

Go to .minecraft folder and if you don't know how: Search up %appdata% on your run/start menu.

Then go into the saves folder in your .minecraft folder.
Open up the map you just downloaded. (It's usually a .zip or .rar so just open that up)
Then drag the folder into your saves folder in .minecraft
Done! Enjoy the map (:
