A Little floating island with a windmill, sorta inspired by the gorillaz one in the videos El manana and feel good inc.

The story:
Whist the Old mages group of freygrove were making their mystical tower with the enchanted crystals, a small failure project was buried underground. Those 'failure' crystals then broke the section of land above it off, making it float into the sky, and thus became Pegasus Isle
