I cant remember what i used... i think it was minecraft structure planner, I found it great for planning pixelart then all you need to do is use world edit to add it to the map or build it by hand reading off the plans. which is what i do for small pixelarts like at 200 x 200 down then edit in big ones like my Shadow Dragon pixelart.
