This is a application form for the tekkit server Ethereal.hooplamc.com for a builder spot.
Its really not my best work but I wanted to see what they would think. If I dont make it I will make something grand that they will love but this is all I have atm.

The server is a towny tekkit server that is amazing.
There is no grief, Iconomy, Chest Shops, Great staff, Wars (Nation vs Nation) and more
