This is the old and fixed version now

OK i know this isn't anything special and should be pretty simple. I started this as a way to pass the time then it turned into an all out obsession. I made a door that should open and close using pistons but the middle row of blocks doesn't want to cooperate with me. Sometimes I can get one to close but the other still stays open even when the power is off. Please anyone out there willing to take a shot at it please do and tell me how you did because I'm becoming very frustrated with it. Also please dont leave comments saying this is crap because it wasn't supposed to be anything special. Thank you just post your fix in the comments and or give me a link to a schematic that is fixed with wiring exposed for my sanity.

  Have something to say?

HI. I took a look and sorry, but the wiring is horribly disorganized and why do you have so many repeaters? But this is probably just a test right? So nevermind because mine also look like this LOL.
So a fix is you can replace the redstone directly above the affected piston with a block and then put the redstone above that so that the redstone is moved up 1 block or you can replace the redstone directly above the piston with a repeater and fix the delays.

i got everything working with no delays and yes i know its terrible wiring i made it in like 2 minutes cause i was bored but couldnt figure out why it wasn't working. I think ill make a new schematic with both the working and non working and updated bridge.

I have found a fix for this but im still curious as to why it wasnt working cause I don't know how it was fixed. Or what was wrong in the first place.
