Please Help With My Server

I am planning to make a minecraft server for lots of people to lay on an have fun. I need a host though because I can't host the server because I can't do bukkit and because it wouldn't be on that much. If someone would be willing to host the server at their house for free and would provide an almost lag free serer that can hold up to 500 people they will be able to be co owner and get some perks. I also need 4 admins to help out that must be good with plugins and will be helpful and considerate to the players. What I am planning to do with the server is have an amusement park with minecart roller coasters and waterslides, PVP type things like hunger games + more, and parkour, spleef and things like that.
