Hoenn brings back so many memories from my childhood. I have built Hoenn in the past quite a long time ago but I feel like I didn't do the make justice so I decided to redo Hoenn but this time following the ORAS storyline and enviroment.

PLAY THIS IN VERSION 1.13.2 AND USE THE RESOURCE PACK BELOW
Custom Resource pack REQUIRED:

This map will include:

- Pokemon Trainer detection and wild battles

- Custom Noteblock music for every route, town, or event

- Immersive storyline cutscenes to create a true "adventure" map unlike my previous maps

- Unique gameplay (ability to jump is taken away and player speed reduced to fit map progression speed)

- Custom Pokemon from Hoenn including but not limited to: Shiftry, Gardevoir, Breloom, Hariyama, Skarmory, and Cacturne

- Dynamic route and elevation

NOTE: Download is in Beta meaning that the map has adventure aspects up to Rustboro City.

-increased hp and adjusted attack and movespeed of wild pokemon to add a challenge
-added trainer battles on route 102, 104, and petalburg woods
-changed petalburg woods music
-increased amount of hidden items and loot around map
-added in battle for professor birch "help me" quest
-fixed ralts and seedot not spawning in
-added ability to change difficulties
-map is playable up to rustboro city

I'm dealing with an issue on how to make the wild battles trigger only when the player is moving. I've tried a couple times to make it work with the nbt motion tag and datapacks but it never works like I want it to. If pixelmon gets updated to 1.13.2+ I will definitely build this map with Pixelmon instead of vanilla. I think most people enjoy playing Pixelmon these days anyway.

Played through all that was finished and I really like where this is going. Hope you continue updating this, it's very promising.

I also might've spent and hour trying to get a Ralts to drop. It reminded me fondly of hunting in the real games lol.

That's good to hear. Did you find any bugs while playing? I haven't worked on the map recently because I'm not sure if the wild battle or trainer battle system is too hard or repetitive.

It was a plugin called dynamap a while back. I don't use it anymore though.

I wish there was a way to get overviews easily too. There are some programs out there but dynamap had the best quality and functionality.
