This skyscraper serves as the Capitol of the Grounders. It is the Commander's home.
It is unknown who created it, but it was made sometime in the future.

Well, the computer I made this on has, out of the blue, decided to kick the bucket. Also, when I first submitted this build the download link worked (i tested it multiple times). Now it's not. That's hours of work wasted.
