This time I'm building a Greek polis, which could have existed around 500 BC. The ancient polis of Athens serves as main source of inspiration, but the city is a mix of several ancient greek styles (ionian, doric, corinthian, etc.) Let me know what you think in the comments and feel free to check out my other creations! Download will be added later.

Building continues. The Acropolis of the town is based one the acropolis of Athens, yet the main temple on it is not inspired by the Parthenon. The style of the temple is a combination of Ionic and Doric.

Would rather call that an acropolis, since polis just means the very center market-area of a greek ancient city ~ It's nice tho. You may need start working on landscapes rather than default maps ~

Well it would be called acropolis, when there's a polis around heh

Sharp of you to notice! However, as mentioned in the description, I intend to build a city (polis) of which I'm currently building its acropolis. So regarding my use of the word 'Polis', I think I'm using it properly.

But the accomplished temple-structure isn't a police, you can't name something a polis which isn't one, do your polis first 3:< jk xoxo
