Port style server spawn buildings

I'm not too sure what other buildings to add so comment below what sort of port style building you want. You are free to use all of the buildings in anythings as long as its not a PMC project. All but one are not furnished (so if you use them they will be different from creation to creation) and i've left the windows open for your choice, weather it be glass or iron bars.
