Make sure u have the portal gun mod installed. Here is the download for it
Also get this.
To Install resource pack:
Type in %appdata% in search bar
go to .minecraft -> resourcepacks and drop the zip file
To Install Portal Mod:
Download Forge (u can probably find a tutorial online)
Use the automatic installer and click "no" when it asks u to back up minecraft
