This is a 1.6+ stone brick spawn area with balconies for warp zones for anyone to use With credit to me!
This spawn area was made block by block from scratch. You can add on to this as you please but you may NOT repost unless you have made significant changes.

Does it include the landscape? I might be making a server soon and if i am going to create a seperate warp to a different place in the wilderness so this might be pretty helpful for a cool starting place. And also can a build a big wall around it for shops and other houses so its like part of a city or something?
