I first made a fancy, pre-apocalyptic house (last photo) then used World Edit to change the wood and make it look overgrown. NOTE: Sortex Fanver resource pack with SUES Shaders

the house is nice but the terrain need some improvments. maybe try worldpainter to make the terrain.
