This ROM chip comes with 2 bytes of output, 15 adresses and a pre-programmed traffic light system (top right), as well as instructions on using and customizing it.
The big block in the middle is known as a ROM ( Read Only Memory ).
It spits out a 2 4-bit binary adresses (grey and blue) which is fed though a multiplex and then into an adress decoder on the top and then poweres as analog back into the side of the rom where it triggers the reading of the next line of "code".
On the right (purple and red) we get a two byte output of which each bit is connected to one of the lights or controls some other function. This is in theory multi purpose and infinitely expandable. It just takes a lot of time.
This is fully functioning but can still be improved on.
