It uses simple logic gates records on RS NOR LATCH and MIN gates.On my machine, you can generate a pulse of any length.Unfortunately, the movie is in Polish, but you can see the design on it.

Yes ,that was easy ,but I had a little think that it is such a simple mechanism. Nobody built something like this.
